Ground Beef Shepherd's Pie

Deliciously satisfying and easy to make. This Beef Recipe takes creamy garlic mashed potatoes, fried ground beef, and corn. Molded together it forms a great Shepherd's Pie.

INGREDIENTS

Ground Beef:
1 tsp butter or oil
1 lb ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp steak spice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
Mashed Potatoes:
5  potatoes, peeled
5 cloves garlic
1 tbsp butter
salt and pepper

2 (15oz) cans whole kernel corn
3/4 cup grated Mozzarella cheese (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. In a pot, boil  potatoes, and add garlic. Once you can pierce the potato easily, they're done.

2. Preheat the oven to 400F.

3. Drain the potatoes. Mash the potatoes and garlic with 1/4 of a cup of milk, 1 tbsp of butter, salt, and pepper.

4. In a frying pan, heat oil and fry the ground beef, along with the spice, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Cook the meat until browned.

5. In a large baking dish, layer the ground beef, corn, then mashed potatoes. Top with Mozza cheese.

6. Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
