Cheap Beef, Potato, and Rice Party Mix.

















INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 red onion, diced
1 cup white rice
3 potatoes, cubed
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups water
salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a fry pan, fry potatoes on medium-high heat with vegetable oil.

2. In medium sauce pan, boil rice on high in 2 cups of water. Once boiling reduce heat to medium-low and cover for 15- 20 minutes. Stir constantly. Once done, let sit for 5 mins.

3. Brown ground beef on medium heat in separate fry pan.

4. Once potatoes are nearly cooked, add garlic and red onion. Saute until desired texture.

5. Once browned, add potatoes, rice, red onion, and garlic to ground beef pan and season with salt and pepper.

6. Cook 5 - 10 minutes on medium heat. until rice is slightly crispy.

7. Serve! Careful it's hot.
